Generators that run in hot weather overheat and then shut down to prevent engine damage. It’s not easy to keep a generator cool, especially enclosed in its own shell which is then mounted inside a metal box on the RV. With a specially designed air intake that provided improved air flow, the NPS6000EFI stays cool even in the hottest weather.
